In the case of an emergency, please contact the nearest staff member for help. There are medics on-site who are fully equipped to deal with all situations.

People bringing medicines to the event should declare them to security at the search and may have them stored in the medical center if required.

The festival is outdoors. Please come prepared for any weather. This includes sunhats and sunscreen, sweaters, raincoats and sturdy shoes.

Please note location of Exits, Information Points, First Aid Areas and Water Points.

Please co-operate with staff, security and police. They are there to help make sure that everyone has a good time.

Please drink alcohol responsibly.

Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.

While there will be 24 hour security on-site, ROTHBURY cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. When you leave your tent, please take valuables with you and lock your tent

ROTHBURY aims to be as accessible as possible. Customers are not required to purchase a specific ADA Ticket, but can do so if you wish by calling 1.866.455.BAND (2263).

Dogs are not allowed anywhere on the festival site, including the campgrounds. If you have a dog with you, you will be turned away at the gate. Please arrange to house your dog in a nearby kennel if you cannot leave it at home. For your convenience, we have listed local area kennel information below. Please note that this list is intended to provide helpful information; these kennels are not ROTHBURY sanctioned.
Traveling to ROTHBURY from the south

   1. Travel north on US-31 and take the W Park Rd. exit.
   2. Turn left (West) onto W. Park Rd.
   3. Take a left (South) onto S. 56th Ave. and then the first right (West) onto Cleveland Ave.
   4. Take a left (South) onto 50th Ave to Cedar Coast Kennels.

To get to ROTHBURY:

   1. South on US-31.
   2. Follow Traffic Signs to ROTHBURY entrance.

   1. Travel North on US-31 and take the Russell Rd. exit.
   2. Turn left (South) onto Russell Rd. then a right onto W. Bard Rd.

To get to ROTHBURY:

   1. Continue on Whitehall Rd. and take a right (East) onto White Lake Dr.
   2. Return to US-31 and travel North to Mile Marker 136.
   3. Follow Traffic Signs to ROTHBURY entrance.

To get to ROTHBURY:

   1. Take Harvey St. back to Sternberg Rd.
   2. Take a right on Sternberg Rd, then take a right to merge onto US-31 North.
   3. Travel North on US-31 to Mile Marker 136.
   4. Follow Traffic Signs to ROTHBURY entrance.
